It’s been a tough week for Rusev. He’s lost his woman to Dolph Ziggler, and now it appears that he’s injured. Reports came out of last night’s SmackDown tapings from people in attendance saying that Rusev had injured his ankle during a match with Ryback and that he was helped to the back by trainers.
It was also noted that Rusev was spotted after the tapings in a wheelchair with a brace on his leg and now a photo of Rusev at the airport has backed those reports up. You can check it out below:

No word yet on how serious the injury is or if it will keep him out of action.
