At the end of Daniel Bryan’s big retirement celebration on Monday he was met by Vince McMahon and the WWE roster at the top of the ramp. During the broadcast on the WWE Network after Daniel Bryan had walked to the back there was a quick shot of Titus O’Neil grabbing Vince McMahon in a playful manner. McMahon then pushed Titus away though Vince didn’t appear to be angry.

But PWInsider is now reporting that Vince McMahon wasn’t happy about the exchange and that Titus has been suspended for unprofessional conduct. Titus showed up to Tuesday’s SmackDown tapings and was reportedly told that he was being sent home. The word is that the suspension could last as long as 90 days. If that is the case that would mean Titus O’Neil would not be able to appear at WrestleMania 32.

WWE has also edited the YouTube clip of Daniel Bryan’s celebration so that it doesn’t show the interaction between McMahon and O’Neil.

  1. this whole thing isn’t just racist, it is pure unabridged jealousy. Titus was given a Super Bowl Ring from the Seattle Sea Hawks. No matter how much money you think you have…you cannot buy those rings.

  2. Not sure what was unprofessional about it. It was a celebration. Vince wonders why wrestlers are too scared to go outside the box when he suspends a dude for something so damn stupid.
